Dedicated to transforming health outcomes for vulnerable individuals and communities in South Sudan
We're on a mission to empower and strengthen the capacity of vulnerable individuals and communities to achieve lasting health and well-being by providing access to quality healthcare services, promoting health education, and strengthening local capacity for sustainable health solutions.
A South Sudan where all individuals and communities thrive with optimal health and well-being, empowered by sustainable, locally-led solutions.
The Public Health Advocacy Foundation was born from a deep understanding of the health challenges facing South Sudan. Founded by healthcare professionals and community advocates who witnessed firsthand the barriers to accessing quality healthcare in rural and underserved areas.
Since our establishment, we have been committed to bridging the gap between healthcare needs and available resources, focusing on sustainable solutions that empower communities to take charge of their own health outcomes.
Our work is guided by the belief that every person, regardless of their location or circumstances, deserves access to essential health services and the opportunity to live a healthy, productive life.

We partner with local organizations, government agencies, and international partners to maximize our impact and avoid duplication of efforts.
We focus on prevention through vaccination campaigns, health education, and early screening programs to reduce the burden of preventable diseases in vulnerable communities.
We provide comprehensive health education programs that empower individuals and families with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health.
We prioritize the health of mothers and children through prenatal care, safe delivery services, and pediatric health programs that ensure healthy starts to life.
We work to improve access to clean water and proper sanitation facilities, which are fundamental to preventing waterborne diseases and promoting overall health.
We begin every project with thorough community assessments to understand local health needs, existing resources, and cultural considerations that will inform our program design.
Our programs are implemented in partnership with local communities, ensuring that interventions are culturally appropriate and have strong community buy-in from the start.
We continuously monitor our programs and evaluate their effectiveness, using data-driven insights to improve our approaches and maximize positive health outcomes.
Together, we can create lasting change and improve health outcomes for the most vulnerable communities in South Sudan.
